Welcome to No Fluff Experience. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your experience with us. By submitting a booking and making payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. The Experience

No Fluff Experience is a curated, premium local discovery service. We do not offer traditional historical or guided tours. Instead, we take guests through authentic neighborhoods, introducing them to restaurants, boutiques, and experiences frequented by locals. Our hosts are local experts, not licensed tourist guides.

2. Booking and Payment

• A 100% upfront payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Payment must be made in euros (€) via a secure payment link (PayPal).

• The prices shown do not include VAT, as international clients who are not residents in Spain are exempt under the special scheme for tourism services for non-residents.

• You will receive a confirmation email once payment is completed.

• For private or custom-designed experiences, additional lead time and planning may be required. These experiences will be priced individually and communicated clearly in advance.

🧾 Invoice – VAT Exemption

This service is exempt from VAT under Spanish tax regulations for tourism services provided to non-resident travelers outside of the European Union.

According to Article 69 of Spanish Law 37/1992 on Value Added Tax (Ley del IVA), and the European Directive 2006/112/EC, services directly related to international tourism and carried out in Spain by non-residents are not subject to VAT.

By confirming this reservation, the client declares to be a final consumer not residing in Spain or the EU, and using the service exclusively during a temporary stay.

No Fluff Experience retains the right to request supporting documentation if necessary (passport copy or proof of non-residency) in compliance with tax authorities’ requirements.

3. Group Size and Pricing

• The standard group size per booking is up to 6 people.

• For groups larger than 6, a custom quote will be provided, and the food & beverage budget will be adjusted accordingly.

• If more guests attend than initially confirmed, additional charges will apply and must be settled before or during the experience.

• Prices are calculated per experience, based on an average value per guest (starting from €700).

4. What’s Included

Each No Fluff Experience includes:

• Full guidance and hosting by a local expert

• Transportation between stops

• Food & Drink Budget

- Each experience includes a fixed budget to cover food and drinks for all participants.

- This budget is adjusted based on the number of people (up to 6). If the number of participants increases, the budget will be proportionally recalculated.

- If the budget is exceeded (due to the choice of premium products, additional drinks, etc.), the client will be informed and the excess amount must be paid on the spot (by cash or card).

What’s Not Included:

• Transportation to the initial meeting point or from the final location back to your accommodation.

• Personal purchases at shops, bars, or restaurants outside of what has been agreed.

• Alcoholic beverages, unless they are explicitly included in the specific experience.

• Tickets to museums or events, unless otherwise stated.

• Tips (optional and not expected, but always appreciated if you feel inclined).

Any costs that exceed the food & drink budget will be communicated in real-time and must be covered by the guest.

5. Taxes and Invoicing

• International guests (non-EU residents) are not charged VAT under current Spanish tax regulations for tourism services rendered in Spain.

• An invoice (factura) can be provided upon request.

• Prices shown are final and inclusive of all applicable fees, unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations 7 days or more before the scheduled experience: 100% refund.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled experience: no refund.

• If No Fluff Experience cancels the experience due to force majeure, illness, or weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Liability and Insurance

• No Fluff Experience carries civil liability insurance, covering the actions of its hosts during the duration of the experience.

• The company is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Accidents or injuries outside of the activity’s scope or due to negligence on the client’s part

• Incidents at third-party establishments not managed by No Fluff Experience

8. Guest Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are visibly intoxicated, disrespectful, or fail to comply with safety guidelines or host instructions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Custom Experiences

If you request a tailor-made experience:

• We require at least 7 working days’ notice.

• These experiences involve special planning and logistics, and therefore will be quoted and priced separately.

• Custom requests will include a personalized food & drink budget and potential partner fees.
